Products and inventory levels
Theme and theme update information
Basic revenue and performance metrics
Access tokens required for app functionality

2. How We Use Your Information

Store data is used strictly to deliver the core features of Store Radar, including:

Monitoring orders and applying tags based on merchant-defined rules
Sending alerts for abnormal or threshold-based orders
Tracking inventory levels and sending low-stock notifications
Creating automatic theme backups during theme updates
Generating revenue and performance reports

We do not use your data for advertising, resale, or any purpose unrelated to the app’s functionality.

3. Data Storage & Security

All session data and access tokens are securely stored in a private database hosted in a secure cloud environment. We follow reasonable industry-standard practices to protect store data from unauthorized access.

We do not sell, rent, or share your store data with third parties.

4. Emails, Alerts & Notifications

Store Radar may send emails or notifications triggered by events or schedules configured by the merchant, such as order alerts, inventory alerts, theme backup links, and revenue and performance reports.

5. App Uninstallation & Data Deletion

When the app is uninstalled, access to your store is immediately revoked. Session tokens and stored configuration data associated with your store are automatically deleted. Webhooks may be used to ensure proper cleanup.

6. Billing & Subscriptions

Store Radar uses the platform’s native billing system for subscription management. We do not collect or store any credit card or payment information. Subscription data is used only to verify plan status and feature access.
